The CCM Guide provides practical advice on building, strengthening and effectively running a country coordinating mechanism. The primary target audiences are CCM members and the staff of CCM secretariats. Other stakeholders who may find the guide helpful include principal recipients and other organizations and individuals that are represented on CCMs or work closely with CCMs. The CCM guide includes sections on structure, size, representation and core functions. It also discusses how CCMs should function. There is a separate chapter on the new CCM eligibility and performance assessments.
