This technical brief explores the Integrated Family Health Program’s (IFHP) approach to fistula prevention and repair. Recognizing a gap in community-based interventions for preventing fistula, identifying cases, and supporting survivors, IFHP partnered with the Ministry of Women, Children, and Youth Affairs, health extension workers, local women’s associations, and its health system counterparts to bundle existing clinical services into a continuum of care. This brief highlights implementation experience, lessons learned, and next steps.
