The guide is targeted at the staff of local public transport operators who sometimes or regularly interact with persons with reduced mobility (PRMs) and persons with disabilities. It can enhance customer service for these people by giving practical advice on how to identify and appropriately address them as passengers. Acknowledging that the rules can be different in each company or region, in case of conflicting guidelines, the established company instructions shall apply.
